Pt 3. The only beaner in the race hits an emergency track during a caution…Yeah, yeah, yeah, his car broke. Whatever! He still hit the truck and has earned the Red flag for God knows how long.

One of those lifts where you know you left everything in the weight room. My entire body is completely exhausted, and I only focused on two muscle groups.
It’s such a satisfying feeling. And at the same time, I’m pissed I’m so tired.. Guess that’s just how life is. You can’t have everything you want.
Regardless, I feel awesome.
